By using this website and\/or the accommodation services provided by Babilon Guest House (hereinafter referred to as: Guest House), you agree to these Terms of Use.
If you do not agree with the stated terms, please do not use this website or our services.<\/p>\n

The Babilon Guest House provides the following services:<\/p>\n

    overnight stays for individual, family and business guests<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    communications and reservations via website, phone or third-party platforms (e.g. Booking.com)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    All information displayed on the website is for informational purposes only.<\/p>\n

    3. Reservations and use of services<\/strong><\/h2>\n

    The user undertakes to:<\/p>\n

      when sending an inquiry or reservation, provide accurate and complete information<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      use the services in accordance with the applicable laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      observe house rules and rules of stay in the facility<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      be responsible for any damage caused by carelessness or improper use of the accommodation<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      The accommodation reserves the right to refuse a reservation in case of incorrect information or non-compliance with the rules.<\/p>\n

      4. Prices and payment<\/strong><\/h2>\n

      Accommodation prices are clearly displayed on the website or available through direct contact and booking platforms.<\/p>\n

        All prices are expressed in convertible marks (KM)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Tourist tax and insurance are not included in the accommodation price, unless otherwise stated<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        Payment is made according to the agreement or reservation conditions<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        The accommodation reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.<\/p>\n

        5. Responsibility of the Accommodation<\/strong><\/h2>\n

        The Babilon Guest House undertakes to:<\/p>\n

          provide accommodation in accordance with the description and applicable standards<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        • \n

          provide basic conditions for a safe and comfortable stay for guests<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          The accommodation is not responsible for:<\/p>\n

            loss or theft of guests’ personal belongings<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

          • \n

            damage caused by force majeure (breakdowns, power outages, natural disasters, etc.)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

            improper use of equipment or space by guests<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            6. Protection of personal data<\/strong><\/h2>\n

            The Babilon Guest House processes users’ personal data in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data of Bosnia and Herzegovina<\/strong> .<\/p>\n

            Personal data is used solely for the purpose of:<\/p>\n

              reservation processing<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

              communication with guests<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

            • \n

              fulfillment of legal obligations<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              7. Intellectual property<\/strong><\/h2>\n

              All content on this website (texts, photographs, logo, design) is the property of Babilon Guest House and may not be copied, distributed or used without prior written consent.<\/p>\n

              Babilon Guest House is not liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the website or services, except in cases of intentional damage or gross negligence.<\/p>\n

              The parties will try to settle all possible disputes peacefully.
              If this is not possible, the Basic Court in Prijedor<\/strong> is competent.<\/p>\n
