1. Acceptance of terms and conditions

By using this website and/or the accommodation services provided by Babilon Guest House (hereinafter referred to as: Guest House), you agree to these Terms of Use.
If you do not agree with the stated terms, please do not use this website or our services.

2. Description of services

The Babilon Guest House provides the following services:

• short-term and daily accommodation

• overnight stays for individual, family and business guests

• communications and reservations via website, phone or third-party platforms (e.g. Booking.com)

All information displayed on the website is for informational purposes only.

3. Reservations and use of services

The user undertakes to:

• when sending an inquiry or reservation, provide accurate and complete information

• use the services in accordance with the applicable laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina

• observe house rules and rules of stay in the facility

• be responsible for any damage caused by carelessness or improper use of the accommodation

The accommodation reserves the right to refuse a reservation in case of incorrect information or non-compliance with the rules.

4. Prices and payment

Accommodation prices are clearly displayed on the website or available through direct contact and booking platforms.

• All prices are expressed in convertible marks (KM)

• Tourist tax and insurance are not included in the accommodation price, unless otherwise stated

• Payment is made according to the agreement or reservation conditions

The accommodation reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.

5. Responsibility of the Accommodation

The Babilon Guest House undertakes to:

• provide accommodation in accordance with the description and applicable standards

• provide basic conditions for a safe and comfortable stay for guests

The accommodation is not responsible for:

• loss or theft of guests’ personal belongings

• damage caused by force majeure (breakdowns, power outages, natural disasters, etc.)

• improper use of equipment or space by guests

6. Protection of personal data

The Babilon Guest House processes users’ personal data in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data of Bosnia and Herzegovina .

Personal data is used solely for the purpose of:

• reservation processing

• communication with guests

• fulfillment of legal obligations

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website (texts, photographs, logo, design) is the property of Babilon Guest House and may not be copied, distributed or used without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of liability

Babilon Guest House is not liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the website or services, except in cases of intentional damage or gross negligence.

The accommodation reserves the right to change these Terms of Use at any time.
All changes shall become effective on the date of publication on this website.

10. Dispute resolution

The parties will try to settle all possible disputes peacefully.
If this is not possible, the Basic Court in Prijedor is competent.
